Day 1: CAPE TOWN

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met and greeted by our professional local representative, who will assist you with your transfer to your hotel, where you will spend a night.

DAY 2: CAPE TOWN - OUDTSHOORN

Today after your breakfast, travel through the Little Karoo region and the small town of Montagu, a picturesque and historic spa town before continuing along Route 62 where you will enjoy a wine tasting. In the town of Barrydale, you have the opportunity to visit a local farm school and interact with the children and teachers before leaving for Oudtshoorn. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 3: OUDTSHOORN

After your breakfast, today you'll visit an ostrich farm where you will enjoy a guided tour before visiting the spectacular Cango Caves, where limestone formations have been sculpted by nature in caverns extending for almost four miles. This afternoon you have the opportunity to visit the Cango Wildlife Ranch. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 4: OUDTSHOORN - KNYSNA

After breakfast, continue over the Outeniqua Pass to George, the sixth oldest town in South Africa and home to many historical landmarks. En route you'll pass Victoria Bay, a beautiful cove enclosed by cliffs, to Wilderness and on to Knysna. Knysna is known as the oyster box of South Africa and nestles on the banks of a beautiful lagoon in the heart of the Garden Route. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: KNYSNA

After a leisurely breakfast, enjoy a lagoon cruise to the Featherbed Nature Reserve, where you can take a trailer ride to the top of the Western Head to enjoy panoramic views of the town and lagoon.

DAY 6: KNYSNA - TSITSIKAMMA

Travel to Plettenberg Bay, the jewel of the Garden Route, before continuing to Bloukrans Bridge, the highest single span arch bridge in the world. Visit the Tsitsikamma National Park and Storms River Mouth (weather permitting). The Tsitsikamma National Park incorporates 55 miles of rocky coastline with spectacular sea and landscapes, a remote mountainous region with secluded valleys covered in mountain Fynbos and temperate high forests with deep river gorges leading down to the sea.

DAY 7: TSITSIKAMMA - PORT ELIZABETH

Head eastwards along the Tsitsikamma Forest to Port Elizabeth and enjoy a city orientation tour. Guests may disembark, on request, at Port Elizabeth Airport for their flight back home with happy memories of your journey to stunning South Africa.
