Day 1: Moscow

On arrival in Moscow, you will be greeted at the airport and assisted with transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax or to begin to explore this majestic city. Overnight.

Day 2: Moscow - City Tour

Breakfast. Local coach and guide for full day city tour with a visit to the legendary Red Square, see breathtaking St.Basil's cathedral and a spectacular view of the Kremlin and other beautiful places of Moscow. Enter the Kremlin which reveals a city within the city. Walk in the Cathedral Square with its famous churches. St. Michael the Archangelthe, Annunciation and the Assumption. Return to the hotel. We recommend the famous Moscow circus show in the evening. Overnight.

Day 3: Moscow - Vladimir

Breakfast. Deluxe coach transfer to Vladimir, founded in 1108 on the banks of the river Klyazma. It is the scene of many historic events. Sightseeing excursion around Vladimir includes a visit to the Dormition Cathedral and the Dmitrievski Cathedral, unique Golden Gates, the Museum of Crystal and Russian Lacquered Miniature. Check in to the hotel. Rest of the evening is at leisure. Dinner and overnight at Vladimir.

Day 4: Vladimir - Suzdal - Vladimir

Breakfast. Transfer to the next town of Golden Ring, world famous Suzdal - ancient capital of Suzdal principality that is justly famed for its history and architecture. Enjoy a sightseeing tour around Suzdal with a visit to the monastery and an authentic Russian dinner in Izba (wooden hut) with folklore show entertainment. Return to Vladimir. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 5: Vladimir - Kostroma

Breakfast. Deluxe coach for a transfer to an old Russian town of Kostroma built on the bank of the great Russian river Volga. Sightseeing tour around the town, visit to the local Kremlin. See the Church of Resurrection on Debr, Teophany Monastery and visit the Ipatiev Monastery and Trinity Cathedral. Spend some time on your own exploring this Russian town. Optional late evening, enjoy a boat trip on the Volga River. Dinner and overnight at Kostroma.

Day 6: Kostroma - Yaroslavi

Breakfast. Take the morning trip to Yaroslavl where you will visit the nunnery, Tolgskiy monastery and have a panoramic tour of the city. Continue to Rostov-The-Great on the lake Nero where one of the oldest Kremlins is located. Russian master craftsmen put inexhaustible fantasy and skill into each of Rostov's Kremlin buildings and all of them will delight you with their beauty. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.

Day 7: Yaroslavi - Moscow

Breakfast. This morning, continue to Sergiev Posad for a tour of the town with a visit to St.Sergiy-Trinity Laura - the sacred monastery founded by Sergiy Radonezhsky. The buildings were built during the time of Ivan the Terrible and you can see the very famous works of the greatest Russian icon-artist Andrey Rublev. Evening free. Pick up at 7pm from the hotel for dinner in a local restaurant with vodka tasting and then return to Moscow. Overnight in a hotel in Moscow.

Day 8: Moscow - Kolomenskoe Tour

Breakfast. Morning tour to Kolomenskoe - the former estate of Ivan the Terrible, with beautiful landscape dominating the Moscow river and authentic medieval buildings. Afternoon is free for shopping or exploring the city on your own. In the evening, enjoy an authentic Russian dinner in a carefully chosen city restaurant in Moscow. Overnight.

Day 9: Moscow

Breakfast. Escorted transfer to airport for your flight back home.
